2.1 Within Lagos

2.2 Outside Lagos (Nationwide)

• Other States / Remote Locations: 3–7 business days

2.3 Bulk, Wholesale & Private Label Orders

Due to custom processing, packaging, and branding:

• Delivery Timeline: 3–10 business days, depending on order size and packaging requirements.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery rates are calculated based on:

• Location
• Order weight/volume
• Type of delivery (standard or express)

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation for bulk orders.

  Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

For perishable or moisture-sensitive items (e.g., ground crayfish, honey beans), we advise customers to store them immediately in a cool, dry place upon receipt.

7. Delivery for Supermarket & Wholesale Partners

For our retailers, distributors, and supermarkets (as listed in our brochure):

• Deliveries are scheduled based on agreed supply timelines
• Minimum order quantities may apply
• Any delays will be communicated promptly through our sales administration team

Bulk and supply-chain deliveries follow standard documentation for quality assurance.
